What other details do I need to know about TF's Online Return Policy?
1.We accept return or exchange within 30 days of the item(s) arrival to you if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.
2.The following shall not apply to the refunds policy:
a.Any goods not sold on this website;
b. Labels have been removed, items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear ;
c. More than to accept the time limit (within 7 working days after receipt not contact customer service will not be able to apply for after-sales);
d. Due to force majeure factors in the process of transportation, there is slightly damaged, but does not affect the normal use;
e. Due to personal physical differences, do not accept allergy as a reason to apply for a refund for goods quality problem;

Return address & refunds

Please DON'T returns your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.
The refund will be based on the actual payment amount.

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
